Fortitude in Snow

*snort*

Am I an Evil Call Director? Perhaps.

When a client calls and starts the conversation with "This is probably a
fruitless conversation, but...." and my mind immediately thinks: "Well,
no, I have a nice plum on my desk..."

I know there's more to life than good food and bad puns, but....

*grins*

(Am tired - strange sleep & weird dreams/fantasies last night, but it's
being a good day so far, and I'm grateful. *Hugs* and shoulder/scalp
rubs to those who need 'em.... De-stressing & touch are *good.*)
Fortitude in Snow

A fitting lyric for something I just read

"How long, how long must we sing this song?
HOW LONG??"

(And yes, it's that damned patience thing again.)

Totally unrelated: According to my stats from yesterday, I took 427
calls yesterday. But since I reroute 80% of those calls, that leaves my
brain just enough room to spin, occasionally in not-so-good directions.
Today, I've got it spinning in a good direction, and for that, I'm glad.

More later, as it strikes me.

More lyrics.... (once again: Southern Cross, CSN)

I know I've posted these before, but since things are speaking loudly to
me today, I thought I'd post them again (it's only the second half of
the song).

With the calls I'm taking today, I've got a bit of time to think, and
write - especially since I'm in front of a regular-sized keyboard.
*grins*. And with the radio (KMTT: The Mountain) in one ear, the lyrics
I'm hearing are giving me a lot to think about. More later.
