"I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell...."
This is a good one for me to remember. We all have difficult times, and
stress makes everything worse. And often we experience normal reactions
to really chaotic situations, and it's important to express things, and
to feel supported. Balance is key. For me, another important part is to
move through the difficulty to the other side, and learn from it, so I
don't repeat the mistake. Another important thing for me to remember:
Crazy is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different
results. (In other words, if it hurts when I do that, don't do that.)
