....revising what (& who) will fit in the room....
loba

Someone reminded me this weekend that I need to POST this here at LJ so that people know about it, and can come see us. (Seriously, I'd forgotten that not everyone I know is *in* this choir... it only seems like it sometimes, with all the practice and small group practice, and recent church performances, etc. :-)

The Seattle Lesbian and Gay Chorus celebrates the spirit of revolution and the strength of the human spirit. "Rise Up and Sing" features music born of revolution all over the globe: the labor movement, the civil rights movement, the fight for GLBT rights, the fight against apartheid, Vietnam protests. Also featured is traditional music from as far away as South Africa and Israel, and songs from Broadway hits like "Les Misérables" and "Wicked."

Join us for a night of powerful music that celebrates the spirit of revolution!
