Oh, and btw, Pom Poko and Totoro have been my semi-delerium companions, as of late (& am hoping for more, soonish). Totoro is REALLY good for this.

When I was 17, I bought a copy of Railer Maria Rilke's Letters To A Young Poet. Fancying myself a poet (and definitely knowing I was a writer), I took a lot of it to heart.

Earlier today, I came across this quote from there, and it gave me pause, to remember the 22-odd years since I first read it. And I do still take it to heart. Even now.

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions. ~Rainer Maria Rilke
